Start of the lessons at Colwyn Training Center:

Then we moved outside of Colwyn Bay...

Conwy Castle witnessed the assertion of the English crown to the expense of the Welsh tribes; in spite of Owayn Glyndwr's last rebellion, it proved the incapacity of Welsh people to resist to the centralization process initiated from London.

Next stop of the day came to be Snowdonia. A short walk was the opportunity to stand closer to the "giants of rock", at Llanberis Pass.
